Construction of the mausoleum began around 1640. The site is a family tomb housing 72 individuals across five generations, including the renowned religious leader Apak Khoja. Architecturally, the mausoleum is a masterpiece of Central Asian design, featuring a massive green glazed dome that spans 17 meters and tall minarets at the four corners.
